The ETR 2014 Rally Friday July 18, thru Sunday July 20.

 

The cost for the 3 days (Friday-Sunday) is $210.00 per person (175.00 per child) which includes lunches for Friday, Saturday, and a box lunch at UVM on Sunday, Cruise/Dinner on Saturday night, as well as breakfasts for all three days at the Cafeteria at UVM. Of course, the Ice Cream Social is included which will be on the Friday ride. All rides as well as SAG stops are included.

 If you decide to come just Saturday and Sunday the cost is $175.00 per person ($135.00 per child) This will include the Saturday, and Sunday breakfasts and lunches as well as the cruise on Saturday night.

 

Lodging:
We have reserved a block of 100-plus rooms reserved at the UVM Campus. We have selected the eco-friendly University Heights Dorm complex. (select athletic Campus, then University Heights North, then N2). You can browse the facilities or take a 3D tour of the rooms and lounges) To top this off we will have a gorgeous view of Mount Mansfield right from the door!

Check-in for the UVM is at 10 AM, check-out is at 2PM.  We cannot guarantee late check-out, but if you are interested in late check-out, please mention it when you reserve your room. The cost for your room is $54.50 per person, per night. We have booked a minimum of 100 rooms with 60 of these having private baths. You are able to reserve these on a first come first served basis. The rest of the rooms are two bedrooms with a shared bath in the middle. If you would like these please, when registering please let us know if you wish to share this suite with another tandem couple. You will be able to book with us via the registration form, and specify your preferred suite-mates.

Do I have to stay at UVM?  Nope!  If you live nearby or have another hearth available to lay your head at night, then feel free. You will still need to register for the Rally, sign the waiver and pay your $175 (Saturday and Sunday only) or $210 (Full 3-day ETR) per person registration fee.
